The Museum is open year-round, daily from 9:00AM - 5:00PM
We’re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. We have special hours of operation on Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Please call ahead for times. The Museum closes at 12:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
We are Open Easter Sunday from 1:00PM - 5:00PM Open to the public until 9:00PM on the first Thursday of each month.
The Denver HO Club features HO, HOn3 and electrics that represent Colorado Rail "history in miniature" in the lower level of the Museum.
During Summer time, June, July and August, we stay open an extra hour until 6:00PM
Lose track of time year-round at our Depot Museum and 15-acre railyard.
You'll find over 100 engines, cabooses, coaches, our garden railway, and our renowned library.
Our roundhouse restoration facility with working turntable is a popular place.
Special events and train rides behind a vintage steam locomotive throughout the year. Train rides each Saturday.
